CSR in logistics companies under economic slowdown

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the essence of socially responsible organizations in the economic crisis. A difficult economic situation makes companies analyse taken decisions deeper, which is associated with expenditure. This also applies to the area of social responsibility. To avoid increasing the risk of crisis the communication with the environment should be ensured. Sustainable business development reduces risk and facilitates the search for solutions that serve the development of the company. More difficult situation should not have a negative impact on the scale of this kind of action. The purpose of this article is to identify actions from the scope of social responsibility of logistics companies in times of crisis.
