Summary/Abstract: The volume „Publicitatea şi administraţia publică sub presiunea eticii”, written by Sandu Frunza and published in 2015 at Lumen Publishing House, aims to reconsider the public space and the ethical perspectives that peg its functionality. The public space goes from religiously fundamented ethical values towards a perspective of social responsibility that builds the meaning of ethics. The deconstruction of religious values under the impact of secularization requires a reconstruction under the sphere of communicational strategies and communicative actions. The current volume outlines a range of perspectives on social ethics as it appears reflected as ethics of professions from the area of communication, particularly reffering to publicity and public administration, as exemplary areas of manifestation of new ethical perspectives of the action.
