Summary/Abstract: In the article, considerations concerning the extent to which currently understood innovative process becomes more and more complex have been presented. Paying special attention to theoretical context an analysis has been carried out with the emphasis on the example of good innovative practices in the functioning of enterprises. It has been signaled that the cognition of the mechanism for the functioning of innovative practices facilitates action as well as favors organizational, social and economic development.
