Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is the implementation analysis of the concept of diversity management in Polish organizations using the activities of internal communication. The theoretical considerations and empirical research relating to diversity management show that the attention of many authors is focused on key areas of human resource management, such as recruitment, access to promotions and trainings, compensation, etc. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that all these areas are linked by the common factor, without which it is impossible to implement diversity management. It is the process of internal communication in the organization. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted on a group of 114 respondents. The obtained results confirmed the veracity of the hypotheses that internal communication in many organizations does not play a significant role in the implementation of the concept of diversity management, and managers do not sufficiently support these processes. Conducted research may provide a contribution to the discussion on how to make more effective use of internal communication in the promotion and implementation of diversity management in an organization.
