Summary/Abstract: Direct employees participation in the decision-making process in the enterprise is determined by many factors. The style of managing plays a special role among them. The paper presents the results of questionnaire research which took place in X enterprise in summer 2013. These results let positively verify the hypothesis that the middle level managers had the same, as top managers (the enterprise’s owners) consultative style of management. This style influences the range and forms of direct employees participation. Its characteristic is following: wide range, beeing on all levels of management, operating and tactical range, reality and freedom.
