Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article, dedicated to the problem of age management, is to introduce potential reactions to the generational diversity of the employees in organization policy. In particular, the article will focus on two jointly regarded generations, which currently dominate the labor market: generations X and Y. The characteristics of primary and secondary socialization of the abovementioned generations will be the starting point for a more detailed analysis. Subsequently, the psychological profile of generation Y will be presented altogether with management strategies proposed by scholars and practitioners. The article will also focus on defining different approaches regarding organization policy, which respond to variations in labor resource resulting from the generational diversity.
