Summary/Abstract: The goal of the paper is to present the concept ‘human capital’ from the perspective of managerial social attitudes. The first part of the paper shows the essence and importance of human capital. Then, the determinants of human capital character in the context of endogenous factors were emphasized. Finally, the role of managerial social attitudes in creating human capital was described. The paper’s assumptions are deductive and literature studies and author’s considerations have been used as the methods.
