Diagnosis of the process of increasing the efficiency of sports teams in the aspect of entities supporting the specialist knowledge of coaches

Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the article is to present a team sport coach who conducts training process and makes use of their own complementary and indispensable competences as well as support of entities of the environment. The authors conduct an analysis of essential competencies, roles, functions and operations of different entities supporting sport team forming process and influencing sport success. In the article empirical data coming from pilot studies are presented and actual and expected state regarding team sport coaches’ opinion is shown. Other important element of conduced analysis is a matter of coaches’ professional knowledge recalling their training needs.
