Summary/Abstract: Subject: harassment at work, not granting bonus payments; dismissal on the grounds of political, kinship and family situation College director decides: 1. The way in which the applicant was detached, restricting the conditions to exercise the job responsibilities, is harassment under Art. 2 para. (5) in conjunction with art. 6 letter b) from G.O. no. 137/2000; 2. Not granting the end of year bonus payment to the complainant is directly discriminatory under Art. 2 para. (1) in conjunction with art. 6 letter c) from G.O. no. 137/2000; 3. Firing the complainant is indirect discrimination under Art. 2 para. (3) in conjunction with art. 6 letter a) G.O. no. 137/2000; 4. Applies the contravention fine for the offense of harassment amounting to 3,000 lei; for the act of direct discrimination by not granting a bonus at the end of year in the amount of 1,000 lei; direct act of discrimination, petitioner dismissal, of 10,000 lei - under Art. 20 para. (1) G.O. no. 137/2000; 5. Requires the defendant to publish in a newspaper of national circulation a summary of judgment finding, respecting the confidentiality of the name and address of the applicant, according to art. 20 para. (11) G.O. no. 137/2000
