Summary/Abstract: Discipline sheets and curricula refer to competencies that are obtained from studying a discipline, but behind these there are different types of human intelligence that should be developed. The question should be why not to go to the root, so that in the discipline sheet and curricula, we should refer to intelligence that students and teachers need to develop during the education process and particularly in e-Learning. This paper presents the different theories of human intelligences and the new trend of the last type of intelligence, called in Romania - Quantum intelligence and in USA - Spiritual Intelligence. The approach is that one of a blended learning. Recently, in the United States we can find even PhD theses about this new type of intelligence. By developing Spiritual Intelligence/Quantum Intelligence for the graduates of higher education, it is provided a new quality of educational process and better adaptability for a graduate within the external environment, in particular, adaptability in the labour market, such as: the labour market in the EU, in the U.S.A or in Orient - Russia, China etc. For example, by developing spiritual intelligence of a negotiator, it can be designed new indicators which can improve the new quality assurance of the negotiation process, but in direct connection with the specificities of new quantum intelligence for a negotiator. The case study is specific to blended learning and presents redesigning by adaptation of a discipline, in this case, Negotiation, using Moodle, an online platform to highlight the role and importance of new spiritual intelligence in e-Learning.
