Technology transfer sources in Polish enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays innovation and technology progress are the most important factors for development of modern enterprises. The main source of innovation growth is technology transfer. Enterprises have problems with carrying out innovative activities only within own company. At this moment there is a need to focus not only on their own resources but also on resources from outside the organization. This requires from enterprises to be open to external sources of acquiring new solutions as well as communication and cooperation with suppliers, customers and other business partners. The aim of article is to specify the sources of new technologies in Polish enterprises.
