Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is justification of the view that communication skills are the most important part of the process of education and that the difficult art to master the principles of open communication (both in the form of direct communication and indirect) is a prerequisite for an effective agreement. To build proper inter-human relationships, people should realise a good type of dialogue: content, language and climate talks should foster openness (i.e. the rank of problems), mindfulness and between the truth. Good conversation requires mandatory expulsion of habitual, automatic adoption of a defensive posture. It should facilitate building a sense of subjective closeness and security.
