Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to compare the rate of adaptation of particular groups of meat processing plants to EU regulations in their rights for processing, cutting and slaughter in the Podkarpackie Province in 2005-2010. In the paperthere was used the data of the Provincial Veterinary Inspection in Krosnowhich is collected in the SPIWET program.
