Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the role of sacrum in the songs of Polish football fans. The use of words and phrases associated with sacrum emphasizes the qualities of their own team. The use of derogatory and vulgar words deprecates the opposing team. Using words coming from axiologically opposite domains supports and justifies — according to football hooligans — their aggressive behaviour, observed not only at stadiums but in streets as well.
