The proposition of mutual reduction of delivery cost in the city center on the example of Jelenia Góra

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents a proposition for changes of the mutual reduction of supply costs for stakeholders in Jelenia Gora. It presents the results of field studies of supply and a proposition of mutual agreement for stakeholders to reduce costs in the supply in the city center of Jelenia Góra. It has been pointed out that mutual concessions are a way to reduce costs in the supply under big road traffic congestion in the city center. The map shows the logistic supply for the city of Jelenia Góra. It has been shown that the implementation of supply requires the consent of all stakeholders indicated as: municipal authorities, traders, suppliers and residents of the city. The article presents the legitimacy of the use of synergies in managing the logistics of supply in the historic center of Jelenia Góra and points to the opportunities and limitations of the use of a submitted proposition.
