Summary/Abstract: This paper concerns the administering of real estate belonging to the common property, which is used for only one spouse to the profession or earning activity. Objects of the property serving spouse to practice or business earning spouse manages itself. Spouse must, however, obtain the consent of the other spouse for activities related to the property listed in art. 37 k.r.o. when the property belongs to the common property.
