Summary/Abstract: Besides traditional paper ballots voting at elections the Electoral Code also provides for voting with special electronic devices – the so called machine voting. It will be effectively applied at the local elections in 2015. Although it demonstrates clear advantages, some shortcomings will also be discussed.
