Summary/Abstract: The article looks at the question of economic freedom in Poland. In order to discuss the level of economic freedom in Poland against a background of other European countries the author applies the Economic Freedom of the World indicator developed by the Fraser Institute. The article begins with the definition of economic freedom. Next, the economic freedom indicator of Poland (rank, score, changes over the years) in the comparative context is discussed.
