EMPLOYEE'S ATTIDUDE VERSUS ENTREPRENEUR'S ATTITUDE

Summary/Abstract: Why entrepreneurs are more efficient than employees? It is a matter of attitude. Employees do not feel themselves as a part of the organization; they do not have the feeling of working for themselves. That's why they have many times a negative attitude, only waiting to receive a good salary, having a poor work quality or bad behavior. By contrary, the entrepreneurs have to develop a good attitude, to feel the progress, to be engaged in their work. For Romanian young people to be entrepreneurs is a good choice for their future.
