Summary/Abstract: Improving health is an important worldwide social goal whose purpose is a longer and better life for many citizens. Literature on 1940 is significantly to demonstrate the improvement of major international health and to estimate the effect of life expectancy on economic performance due to three factors that influenced this. This paper intends to demonstrate the effect of life expectancy on economic performance in European Union countries during the period 1990-2012.
