Framework model of quality of management evaluation

Summary/Abstract: The term quality of management (QofM) is commonly used in literature, though it has not clearly defined. Authors differenly understand quality of management and its scope. In the paper a definition and main applications of quality of management were discussed. The need of assessment model was indicated. Framework model for quality of management assessment was proposed. Additionaly the catalogue of quality of management determinants was presented as a starting point for the criteria of QofM assessment development.
