Summary/Abstract: Building a relationship is characterized by the fact that the existence of the trust between partners of organizations is undeniably for its creation. The same happens in the case of the relationship between various stakeholders, but it depends on strength and continuity of these ties. Building trust among organizations should be started from identifying the propensity to the orientation on trust, manifested in the general tendency to the mutual cooperation and being to some extent dependent on each other. The main factors that affect the propensity to trust is the belief of the universality of respecting moral values and attitudes expressed by the conviction of the great importance of cooperation and collaboration with other stake groups, regardless of values adhered to by stakeholders. The main purpose of this article is to present and identify the orientation on trust, and specify what is important in building relationships with stakeholders in terms of theoretical and practical background, based on the case study of the firm UniGlass Poland Sp. z o.o. in Łomża.
