Summary/Abstract: Cluster policy is gaining more and more interest in the modern economy in the world and in Poland. The aim of the study is to assess the functioning of clusters implementing the concept of sustainable development, which combine small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the example of Lublin Voivodeship, the author attempts to identify the impact of sustainable development on the management of public funds that can be used to implement, among others, investment in renewable energy and clusters participation in this type of projects.
