Specialization and competitiveness of export of the EU countries to external markets

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the importance of the participation of factors of production in the export of the European Union countries. Using for this purpose the method of cluster analysis the progressive process of convergence to the structure of exports of EU countries was identified. Next part of the paper examines the level of export diversification in various categories of production, their competitiveness on external markets and the relationship between them.
