THE PANAIT ISTRATI’S DEBUT IN JOURNALISM

Summary/Abstract: This study focuses on the Panait Istrati’s first years of journalism and emphasizes that the political and social articles of the author contain the details which announce the fictional literature that he will write in the next two decennies. Therefore, it is not difficult to identifying in the Istrati’s reportages and political commentaries, even in the articles lacking the intentional fallacy, the same themes, subjects, characters, stylistical constructions, figures of discours like in his stories or novels. At the same time, the journalist and the writer Panait Istrati (who precede the interwar journalist and writer Geo Bogza) have in common the care of the writing authenticity and also a revolted attitude.
