Modernization of the Romanian Agricultural Holdings Through the Implementation of Rural Development Measure 121

Summary/Abstract: Measure 121 “Modernization of agricultural holdings” of the Common Agricultural Policy seeks to contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of the agricultural holdings through a better use of human resources and production factors, aiming at restructuring and developing the physical potential and promoting innovation. Present paper proposes to give a view on the application of the above measure in Romania, on NUTS3 level, between 2007-2013.
