Financial analysis in intelligent organization

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this article is to answer the question: what changes in the financial analysis are determined by the intelligent organization which main asset is knowledge. Intelligent organization is an organization which is able to adapt to the environment of its business, the anticipated results or their lack etc., which increases its effectiveness. It is associated not only with the necessity of measurement, valuation of knowledge, but also with the requirement to analyze the effectiveness of knowledge and knowledge management processes, in terms of creating value of the organization, which determines the changes in the organization’s financial analysis.
