Summary/Abstract: Purpose – the presentation of new trends in the case of accounting services outsourcing. Design/Methodology / approach - a review of current literature of the subject and national and EU legal acts associated with them. Findings – e-services and accounting in the cloud are new trends of giving rise to significant changes in the relationship between accounting offices and service providers. Originality/value – the presentation of advantages of the application of information technology in the accounting and the requirements to be fulfilled by the accounts carried online.
