Summary/Abstract: The purpose of enterprise diagnosis, aims overall assessment of the company. Diagnosis, as objective assessment and as delimitation of the enterprise’s manifestations performed on the business or partially on one of its activities is carried out by diagnosis of its functions. At an enterprise level, the diagnosis is based on its functions, namely: judicial function, human resources function, trade function, technique function, organizational function, financial and accounting function, activity based on qualitative and quantitative data, leading to forming the specialist’s opinion on the diagnosis of the enterprise.
