Preparing employees for a crisis – chosen conclusions from the research

Summary/Abstract: There are many participants in the enterprise crisis situation – persons, interest groups who directly or indirectly contribute with emergence of the crisis or those who take the negative effects of this process. The subject of this study are employees of the enterprise in crisis who are internal participants of this situation. They are the most directly affected by the enterprise crisis situation. As follows from the research conducted by the author, quite often they are not prepared for the coming crisis in any way. Undoubtedly, this is a situation that management of enterprises should change.
