THE CLUSTER APPROACH IN THE SOSIO-CULTURAL DESIGN (ON THE EXAMPLE OF FAR EAST RUSSIAN FEDERATION)

Summary/Abstract: The cluster approach is one of the most effective ways of territorial organization of complex work in different areas of modern society. Efficiency is determined by simultaneous functioning of various institutions, companies and production branches that have the common goal of realizing the potential of the territory and its competitive advantages. The sphere of culture in the modern world is a wide range of rapidly developing tendencies, and it greatly complicates the process of centralized management, especially on large areas, such as the Russian Federation. With creating cultural clusters and using the regional specificity of cultural heritage as a starting point, it is possible to achieve significant results in solving the problem of historical and cultural heritage preservation, cultural values transmission, foreign tourists attracting, as well as formation of conditions for the development of creative specialists.
