Summary/Abstract: The paper is devoted to the importance of land arrangements for nature and landscape protection. It deals with both public and private instruments in the land arrangements processes which are designed in general to protect and improve the environment and in particular in the protection of nature and landscapes. This article, from subjects that engage in land arrangements, points to the role of the authorities in question, communities and societies, which concern with the protection of nature and landscape. The aim of the paper is to highlight the environmental function of land arrangements.
