Summary/Abstract: This article presents a market research, the objective of which was to clarify the training needs of the real estate market. The initiator of research was training company Dom Szkoleń i Doradztwa sp. z o.o., which offers the e-learning trainings on that market. The main areas of interest to researchers was the theme of training previously purchased by the respondents, their form (traditional, e-learning, blended-learning), the areas of task forces, which are considered as the most difficult in their work, and plans to purchase trainings for next year. A summary of the article constitute a strategic guidance for companies which want to operate in that market
