Freedom and responsibility in a globalizing world

Summary/Abstract: The article is aimed at showing that an enterprise has freedom of choice, and what is more, it is responsible for its decisions. Responsibility, which is evaluation of free operations and choices is a boundary of freedom of the enterprise. In an era of globalization, which is a total of processes leading to greater interdependence and integrity of countries, economies and cultures, the enterprise must adapt to the changing market in order to achieve a profit. A modern society expects something more than just implementing economic plans and tasks that will lead to making the profit.
