Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of the relationship between the level of inflation and the rate of unemployment. It is argued that the rationality of individual market participants' decisions can help to explain the relationship between inflation and unemployment. Discussion is conducted on the basis of the theory of behavioral economics.
