Summary/Abstract: The article is primarly concerned about the problem of use of the of polish fiscal policy instruments in order to minimalize negative influence of payment backlogs on the financial situation of enterprises. The author attempts to analyze the potential impact that the solutions implemented in Poland may possibly have on companies liquidity. The article presents certain polish tax regulatnions, evaluating their effectiveness as well as compliance with the European Economic Recovery Plan
