Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to indicate the need of changing the way of education, from its lowest to its highest level. This need is caused by changes in the way of doing business and by entering the knowledge era. The overview of research conducted in all elementary schools with teaching staff in Novi Sad, in order to determine their willingness to change.
