Anti-corruption regulations of the public economic law and applying for administrative permission to conduct business activity

Summary/Abstract: The article applies to the regulations of public economic law relating to the obtaining of concessions, permits, licenses and approvals to conduct business activity. It pointed to the instruments which are intended to prevent corruption − one of the most dangerous pathologies of social life. Because of its adverse effect on the economy, the legislature introduces preventive measures into the legal system to reduce its performance and thereby its negative impact on the economy. It was shown that a huge corruption factor is the sphere of discretion in public administration.
