Summary/Abstract: Under the conditions of greater and greater focus on service consumption in social and economic life and increasing competition in the service market building partnerships and building consumer loyalty are gaining in importance. These activities should be characterized by legality and reliability, also as an expression of concern for the security and economic interests of consumers. In this article the author refers to this problem presenting the results of the last inspection of the business conduct of enterprises providing services for consumers which was carried out by the Trade Inspection in consultation with the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection
