Problems and transformations in the behavior contemporary development companies

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article was to present the situation at the primary real estate market in Poland between 2004 and 2011. The global collapse of the financial system, as well as its effects, due to the correlation between operators of the world economy, were not without relevance to the situation of Polish developers. It has also caused changes in their behaviour. Unfortunately, because of the specific of the business discussed in the article, its entities has not always been able to react quickly and appropriately. It has revealed the degree of their dependence on the rapid changes occurring in the global economy
