Summary/Abstract: The social economy is now an area of the economy, which pays special attention. Is aimed at supporting the regional environment in the process of professional activation among other socially excluded individuals or re- main permanently in the state of unemployment. It also aims to encourage local small business initiatives for overall economic growth. Barriers in the form of social pathology shows how extensive and complex the problem is. Implementation of the social economy in an environment steeped in this type of phenomena is difficult, how- ever, to realize that the social economy activity is recorded in the wider prophylaxis to prevent pathologies. An important role in the efficient operation of the development and stimulating play properly understood social responsibility inhabitants. If this succeeds, the environment and the functioning of the economic and social importance will be friendly and receptive to all kinds of initiatives
