Summary/Abstract: The focus of this article will be centered on the establishing of the impact made by pollutant sources represented by high burning installations as they are defined by EC Direction 2001/80/EC regarding the limitation of emissions in the air of some pollutants coming from high burning installations – H.B.I., at a distance of 10 – 20 km from the emission source.
