Summary/Abstract: The article presents the new "doctrine" which serves to describe Russian political regime. It is stated that Russian politicians still try to use the word of "democracy" describing the political system of the country. However it is proved that Russia's political regime is far away from the main principles of demcracy. A "sovereignty" is used only as a pretext for nationalisation and militarization of national economy.
