Summary/Abstract: Purpose. The goal of the research is clarifying the principles and methods of enterprise’s personnel management. Methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, content analysis were used. Results. Generalized description of the principles of enterprise’s personnel management was done; the author provided its assessment of compliance to the notion «principle»; clarified classification and substantiated principles of the enterprise management and personnel management; revealed the essence of such definitions as «method» and «management method»; made grouping and gave the characteristic of enterprise and personnel management methods. Clarified scientific approaches to description of enterprise and personnel management principles based on self-developed classification, which, in contrast to the existing, has common and interconnects these two processes principles; obtained further development of scientific approaches to description of enterprise and personnel management methods based on their grouping with balancing the two processes at the same time. Conclusion. Clarifying scientific approaches to description of enterprise and personnel management principles and methods are theoretical basis for the increasing enterprise’s function efficiency according to allocation of innovative development priority and personnel leading role.
