The Chronicle of Michael Glycas in Prague codex [Praga Strahov. gr. D.G. III. 6 (olim Řec. B. 2)]

Summary/Abstract: The author studied Greek codex Praga Strahov. gr. D.G. III. 6 (olim ÿec. B. 2). Analysis showed that there are some special textual features in comparison with the 1st edition of the Greek text of the Chronicle of Michael Glycas (Paris 1660) in the codex. Thus it can be concluded that the text of the Prague Manuscript is a very important for the study of the history of the text of Michael Glycasí Chronicle and it should be used in the future critical edition of the Chronicle.
