Summary/Abstract: The article is about how Russia uses its foreign policy and soft power to attract and maintain its influence in Armenia. This country in the Eastern Partnership will be analyzed politically and strategically in relation to Russia. All the background of Armenia since 2009 will be written again with specific accent on the policy making of Russia that influenced Yerevan’s decision.
