Summary/Abstract: The level of qualification, of labor productivity and, implicitly, the individual welfare of the state depend, generaly, on the way how the actors from the educational services market is connected to the requirements and demands of the labour market. In the Romania economy services, the educational sector appears to be the most disputed from the public politics perspective. Retaining this aspect, I have performed a careful analysis which concern the qualities of the educational services provided by the universities of Romania and the close connections between the outputs of this sector and the labour market from Romania, as a vital part of any statal economy. The detailed analysis of the universitary educational field and the performance indicators for the providers of this kind of services (the universities) has allowed a better understanding of the instruction process in order to increase the human capital stock on the labour market. In this context, this paper aims to project a new vision of market-management which, for a Romanian university, can lead to a competitive sustainable advantage on a strong competitive market, as the international market of educational services in the university education.
