Summary/Abstract: The growth is a result of technical progress. This later depends on the competition between the searches which generate the innovation carried out by different firms. Many internal and external factors are likely to influence the decision of commitment in an activity of innovation, as well as its probability of success. This work explains the realization of innovation according to some characteristics of the firms. So, this paper estimates the probability of innovation’s realization by using the Probit model with panel data of Tunisian firms.
