Summary/Abstract: A study achieved in a Rumanian university shows that university education is confronting with some problems. In opinion of students university system is very bed organized; there is a lack of communication between students and teachers; the programs are overloaded with subjects matter which has no utility; for this system theory is much important then practice, quantity then quality; the optional courses are poor; the principal modality of teaching is dictation and not dialog; the evaluation system is deficient; secretariats are not co-operate with students; libraries are poor in specialty books; students are unselfish in their activity; conditions from student hostel are not too good and student cultural life is absent.
