Summary/Abstract: Product quality and food is a major priority of the task agribusiness in the EU and Bulgaria. It is therefore an object of research and development of strict safety rules and control production, processing, transport, storage and sale the products of agricultural origin, ie "Farm to fork". The project explores the essence of quality in agribusiness, the rules its management through the introduction of standards - international, European harmonized, voluntary and mandatory, which are based on improving the competitiveness of companies Industry: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ONSAS 18,000, ISO 22000, ISO 28000, HACCP, BRC Global Standard, IFS, EurepGap dr.Na and their basis is developed and integrated systems for quality management.
